I managed to find a bolt that fitted, and I hope this information helps someone in the future.
The bolt I got was an M8x20mm. That was the closest I could get. I had to hacksaw about 5mm or so off, so if you can find an M8x15mm bolt out of the box, all the better.
I also got an M8 Shake Proof Washer, as those exhausts don't half take some vibration.
As long as the head on the bolt is big enough to cover the holes, the dimensions above will do you well.
