 Setting up Clutches for S6E

Can anyone advise how to correctly setup the three shoes clutches.
have all new parts,(drum , pads, washers) but not working correctly. it has no launch and is very slow to engage until high rpms. also what type and weight of oil is best used?? TKS

If you have a 3-shoe clutch in a S6E engine it will probably never work right. That engine can't rev high enough to make that clutch work properly.
